To make a vote that actually counts you will use every number from 1 to 12, and no others. And no blank boxes - none.
You don't know them all? Where to put numbers ....10, 11, 12? Where? Help! ....
Permutations? There are very many possible sequences of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, including all of the numbers in all of the sequences, or strings. (Google came up with an answer in the millions! Phew!)
Political party "How-to-vote" may help you with numbering the unknowns? I think it is possible.
It is a large Division to represent (serve?)
Farrer Division 126,563 km²
The populations in Farrer are quite disparate and lifestyles also. The electors of Farrer did not ask to be lumped together! Electoral Divisions are the result of the deliberations of the bodies established under the Act (Redistribution Committee and then Augmented Commission).
The object is for Divisions to be roughly equal in elector numbers. The more inland you look, the population numbers are less dense. It is (mathematically) inevitable that electors living "out there" will be grouped with urban electors. Any "city/country divide" is simply ignored.

All votes cast on Saturday will be counted that night, as will the majority of the pre-poll votes and some of the PV.
